Your Hill Country RV Park Near
Dripping Springs, TX

Miller Creek RV Park is 19 miles west of Dripping Springs in the Texas Hill Country; full-hookup RV sites and log cabins for those ready to trade the growth corridor for open skies, creek views, and a quieter pace.

A Short Drive West of Dripping Springs, a World Away from the Suburbs

Dripping Springs sits at the edge of the Hill Country, which means the real thing is closer than most people expect. Miller Creek RV Park is about 19 miles west, far enough that the open skies and creek-side quiet feel genuinely different from the subdivisions spreading out along US-290. Whether you are rolling out for a long weekend to decompress or setting up a monthly site to actually slow down for a season, the park gives you full hookups, a community that knows how to settle in, and a location that puts you within reach of the wine trail, state parks, and the distillery corridor you already know from Dripping Springs. Come Friday afternoon. Leave Sunday reluctantly.

The Hill Country Is Already Close, Miller Creek Puts You in the Middle of It

A Hill Country Weekend That Starts 19 Miles from Your Driveway

Dripping Springs already has the reputation for it; the breweries, the distilleries, the event venues. But the Hill Country that people actually want to get into starts a few more miles west. Miller Creek puts you there: real open country, hiking trails, swimming holes, and a quiet RV site or log cabin to come back to. Leave Friday, reach Pedernales Falls by afternoon, stop at a tasting room on the way back, and spend the evening around an outdoor fire. The kind of weekend that doesn’t require a flight or an elaborate plan, just a 19-mile drive and a site waiting for you.

Long-Term RV Living Near Dripping Springs, Texas

The Austin metro keeps pushing west, and Dripping Springs has felt it, the traffic, the construction, the cost of everything. Miller Creek is about 19 miles in the other direction, and the contrast is pretty stark. Monthly RV sites start at $450, the park is quiet, and the Hill Country outside your door stays exactly what it is. You are still within reach of the city for anything that matters: shopping, medical care, the airport, all under an hour from the park. But the day-to-day looks different out here, and for long-term residents and snowbirds alike, that tends to be the whole point.

Camper Feedback

Beautiful park with mature and varied trees and shrubs. Several community type homes. Sites seem larger than most. Easy access to Johnson City, Dripping Spings and Austin. So many vineyards in the area. Much closer to Fat Boy Burgers than where I live. Reason for my visit today was church service is held each Sunday at 4pm in their community hall. I was privileged to play violin, (backup and solo) in their band. Had a great time. Will be back. What a warm group.

We were here for a weekend getaway from San Antonio. This a perfect location, close to many Hill Country spots! We received a call the day of our arrival and a nice welcome letter with info. The park was quiet and clean. Great little dog park for our four legged friends too. We would highly recommend Miller’s!!

Diana

Easy access to the local wineries and Fredericksburg! The RV Park itself was super quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Miller Creek RV Park, for your hospitality! You guys were awesome!!❤️

Jennifer

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Well kept and super nice staff. Proximity to Johnson City and Fredericksburg with plenty to do. Be sure to visit Real Ale Brewery, Andalusia Distillery and Speak Easy Grill. We went to both of these places twice while staying there.

Cheryl

Perfect location! We were in easy access to Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Hye, Blanco, Dripping Springs. Wish our stay was longer because there was lots to explore in surrounding area. Beautiful location, clean facilities and a friendly community. We will be back!
