Day 1: Johnson City History
Start your adventure by divin’ into the rich heritage right in our own backyard. Just 12 miles away from the park, you can explore the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park to learn about the legacy of our 36th president. While you’re in town, take a stroll through historic Johnson City and discover the story of James Polk Johnson, who founded the town back in 1879. History truly comes alive when you stay at the center of it all!
Day 2: Nature’s Therapy
Ready to tell stress to take a hike? For your second day, take a short 10-mile drive over to Pedernales Falls State Park for a much-needed dose of nature therapy. It is the perfect spot for hiking, wildlife observation, and relaxing by the calming waters.

Day 3: The Wine & Shop Circuit
